Where a full fire strategy may not be required, we can carry out a drawing review against the requirements of Part B of the Building Regulations and the relevant supporting guidance documents.

External Wall Surveys

We currently carry out external wall surveys on a large number of buildings. This is to ensure the building owners, or occupants, that the external walls of their buildings are not going to significantly increase the potential risk of external fire spread.

Fire strategies can be produced for any building, new or existing, and in any sector. They are an integral part of the Building Control submission, when designing new buildings or changes to existing buildings, and will often form a significant part of the discussions with approving authorities.
